Preparing for Change

Leading a significant project, such as driving through a change process in an organisation, will introduce new challenges and demands to the role of any manager. Hence it is a wise leader who recognises up-front that they or their team-member – even if they have been performing well in their role so far - may need help!

Coaching is ideally suited to helping to plan for and implement a major change or project. The coach will ask incisive questions to explore potential pitfalls and opportunities with the client to expose blind-spots, improve overall planning and generally make a step change increase to the chances of success. The unique relationship between coach and client, and the outside perspective brought by the coach, delivers a support mechanism to the client that is invaluable.
